We have a wide variety of membership options available to suit your individual needs. Memberships range from; Casual Visits, 10 Visit Passes, Short Term Upfront, 12 Months Upfront /Direct Debit and No Term Direct Debit. All Casual Visits and Membership options entitle you to complete access to our Gym Facility and ALL of our Group Fitness Classes offered on our timetable.

At Phoenix, we are always fully supervised during our opening hours. We have a great range of Strength and Cardio Equipment, Free Weights, four dedicated Group Fitness Studios, Crèche, Certified Personal Trainers, Squash Courts and Shower/Change room facilities.
 

We have an extensive Group Fitness Timetable and highly motivating, qualified Group Fitness Instructors. Group Fitness is a fantastic way to keep your workout exciting, meet new people and have fun and get fit in an energetic and supportive atmosphere!

We have six, glass-backed, air-conditioned Squash Courts available for hire at Phoenix! We run friendly in-house competitions on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7pm. Comps are open for beginners, up to A Grade. Squash Coaching is also available, so for all enquiries regarding our comps or coaching, please contact Matt on (02) 4631 3700.

Squash Court hire is available for all the general public during The Club’s regular business hours. We also offer half-priced squash court hire every Friday (all day). Squash bookings are essential.
