Introduction to Group Fitness

 

The Group Fitness at Phoenix Health Club in Smeaton Grange, Narellan is led by fully qualified and certified instructors. Our program consists of both Les Mills Training Program (Bodypump, Bodyattack, RPM and Grit Series) as well as freestyle circuit and cardiobox classes. We also have an extensive Yoga and Pilates mat class timetable. Our Active Over 50's program is very popular.

We pride ourselves on providing a group exercise experience that is professional, inclusive, diverse, challenging to all levels of fitness but, above all, lots of fun.
